What Founders Learn About Products That PMs Often Learn Too Late
I understood products only after I became a founder. Running a startup—especially in a domain as unforgiving as healthcare—compresses years of product learning into months. There’s no buffer...
Managing Multiple Stakeholders, Communication at Scale: When More Stakeholders Mean Less Clarity
In small teams, communication is instinctive. In large, cross-functional environments, it becomes structural. The difference is often underestimated. When stakeholder count grows—across roles...

About
Turning problems into scalable products to create and deliver value by combining design thinking and technology.
Hi, I'm Akash - a Product Manager
I think like a founder, but build like a Product Manager. My journey into product started with MBA in Business Design with Design Thinking at its core, where I learned to anchor every solution in user empathy, business viability, and execution reality. That mindset later pushed me to start a healthcare venture—where I experienced firsthand how difficult (and necessary) it is to turn real user pain into a scalable, sustainable product. Product management became my craft because it sits at the intersection of customer insight, strategy, and delivery. Across industries like IT, manufacturing, and healthcare, I’ve learned to navigate ambiguity, make trade-offs, and obsess over product metrics like adoption, growth, and retention—not just features. When Generative AI began reshaping how products are built, I was fortunate to work on some of the early GenAI initiatives in my organization. I went deep into understanding AI architectures, data flows, and LLM constraints, and translated them into practical, enterprise-ready products—from AI-powered chat platforms to decision-support and analytics tools. That experience shaped my belief that AI’s real value lies not in novelty, but in augmenting decisions, improving workflows, and creating measurable impact. Today, I’m excited by building scalable, AI-driven products that are grounded in strong product fundamentals—clear problem definition, sharp prioritization, and relentless focus on user and business value.
